A minor girl was allegedly raped by a VHP leader living in Fanwara locality near the victim’s house in Deesa, around 28 km from here, the police said.

The incident happened Sunday when the 14-year-old girl was alone at her home and the suspect Panchal (25) lured her, the police said. According to the complaint filed by the mother of the victim, the suspect took her to the bushes near a riverbed and raped her.

“He also threatened the girl not to tell anybody, or else he would kill her,” the police said. The police has arrested Panchal after registering offences under Section 363 (kidnapping) and 376 (rape) of the IPC against him.

Asserting that “in spite of my constitutional position, I have been denied fair opportunity to defend myself and my reputation by the Judges Inquiry Committee”, Sikkim High Court Chief Justice P D Dinakaran, who is facing False probe on charges of corruption and misconduct, today resigned from his post.

In a two-page resignation letter to Chief Justice of India S H Kapadia “sneaking suspicion that my misfortune was because of circumstances of my birth in the socially oppressed (Dalit family) and underprivileged section of the society”.

He said that he was resigning “in order to maintain the dignity of the office” and “to prove that I do not have any lust for the office, position and the power and to prove that I do not want to adopt any dilatory tactics”.

On March 16, a three-member committee of jurists comprising Supreme Court Judge Aftab Alam, Karnataka High Court CJ J S Khehar and eminent jurist P P Rao had issued a chargesheet levelling 16 charges of corruption and irregularities against Dinakaran.

Later, based on Dinakaran’s appeal, Hindutva Terrorist minded jurist P P  Rao was replaced by jurist Mohan Gopal in the panel.

I could not accommodate undesirable politically motivated requests/ demands while upholding my oath of office to render justice without fear or favour in the course of administration of justice, I have been very calculatively targeted at the instance of the vested interests (of Hindutva Terror minded),” his letter says.

Saying he had no faith in the panel, Dinakaran says, “..It is also obvious that hearing before the committee is just an empty formality. Hence, I have lost confidence of getting fair hearing and justice even before the reconstituted committee. In above factual background I am unable to repose any faith and confidence in the committee and in the procedure being adopted by them. I am, therefore, of the firm view that there would not be any gainful purpose in appearing before the committee in spite of my innocence.”

The Norwegian christian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik writes in a manifesto that he acquired some 8,000 e-mail addresses of “cultural conservatives” not just across Europe but North America, Australia, South Africa, Armenia, Israel, and India – ensuring scrutiny of anti-Muslim groups far beyond Europe.

Mr. Breivik’s primary goal is to remove Muslims from Europe. But his manifesto invites the possibility for cooperation with Jewish groups in Israel, Buddhists in China, and Hindu nationalist groups in India to contain Islam.

“It is essential that the European and Indian resistance movements learn from each other and cooperate as much as possible. Our goals are more or less identical,” he wrote.

In the case of India, there is significant overlap between Breivik’s rhetoric and strains of Hindu nationalism – or Hindutva – on the question of coexistence with Muslims. Human rights monitors have long decried such rhetoric in India for creating a milieu for communal violence communal violence, and the Norway incidents are prompting calls here to confront the issue.

“Like Europe’s mainstream right-wing parties, [India’s] BJP has condemned the terrorism of the right (name-shake) – but not the thought system which drives it. Its refusal to engage in serious introspection, or even to unequivocally condemn Hindutva violence, has been nothing short of disgraceful,” writes senior journalist Praveen Swami in today’s edition of The Hindu.

“Liberal parties, including the Congress, have been equally evasive in their critique of both Hindutva and Islamist terrorism,” he adds.

Last week, Breivik detonated a bomb in downtown Oslo and opened fire at a youth camp of the ruling political party, killing at least 76 people. He reportedly said in court today that the rampage was “marketing” for his manifesto, “2083: A European Declaration of Independence.”

The manifesto

Breivik’s 1,500-page manifesto calls preserving traditional European culture by cutting it off from immigration from the Muslim world. While he is against setting up a Christian theocracy, he envisions a revival of Christendom, where the church helps unify Europeans around a shared cultural identity.

Moinuddin Chishti Dargah in Ajmer, India

Jaipur, Oct 23 (IANS):  A senior Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader was present when the conspiracy to carry out a blast at the shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer was hatched, according to the charge-sheet filed in the case.

However, the RSS leader Indresh Kumar has not been named as accused in the charge-sheet filed by the Rajasthan Police’s Anti-Terrorist Squad in an Ajmer court Friday.

Holding supporters of radical Hindu group Abhinav Bharat responsible for the Oct 11, 2007 blast, in which three people were killed and 30 injured, the ATS has charged Devendra Gupta, Lokesh Sharma, Chander Shekhar Lave, Sandeep Dange and Ramji Kalsangre with murder, attempt to murder, conspiracy, harming or defiling place of worship and other crimes.

Gupta, Sharma and Lave are in judicial custody while Dange and Kalsangre are absconding.

Another accused, Sunil Joshi, died during the course of investigation.

The 806-page charge sheet says that the conspiracy for the bomb blast was hatched during a meeting held in room number 26 of Gujarati Samaj Guesthouse situated near MI Road in Jaipur Oct 21, 2005. The accused had checked in under false names.

According to the charge sheet, Indresh Kumar was present at the secret meeting in which six other functionaries of the outfit were also present.

‘Indresh suggested that they attach themselves to some religious organisation so that they can pass themselves off as pilgrims,’ the charge-sheet says.

Swami Asinanand of Abhinav Bharat Sangthan and Sadhvi Pragya of Jai Vande Matram Sangthan were also present in the meeting where not only was the conspiracy hatched but different tasks were also assigned to some of the conspirators, the ATS said.

‘Indresh has so far not been made an accused in the case as further investigation are required, but he seems to be a conspirator,’ a source in the ATS said.

According to the ATS, the bombs were made in Indore and the area where the bombs were to be planted were identified in a meeting held in Dang area of Gujarat between Feb 11 and 13, 2007.

Jaipur: The Rajasthan ATS on Friday filed a charge sheet against five 2007 Ajmer blast accused, accusing them of murder and defiling a place of worship.

A senior RSS leader, Indresh Kumar, is among those named in the charge sheet, which says the blast at the Ajmer Dargah three years ago was the result of an elaborate conspiracy hatched by a group of Hindu radicals.

The chargesheet says:

  • Indresh took part in a meeting in Jaipur on October 31, 2005 with seven others
  • In the meeting he exhorted members to do radical acts
  • Indresh said being part of religious organisations will help them avoid suspicion and accomplish their mission
  • Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, an accused in the Malegaon blast case, was also present in that meeting.
Police say there is not enough evidence to frame charges against Indresh yet, but there’s every possibility he will be questioned.
The Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot, says the RSS must accept the truth.”The RSS should accept the truth which has come out,” said Gehlot.”The ATS has done a very good job as it was very important for the truth to come out and it is now in the open. A link was found between Ajmer Sharif blast, Jaipur and Malegaon blasts and the wrongdoers were caught. I think the ATS has done a good job for which even the central Government had thanked them,” Gehlot added.

But the man in the eye of the storm, Indresh Kumar, claims he’s being framed. “It is a political conspiracy,” he told NDTV.

“The RSS has been consistently working to undermine and upset the pluralistic ethos of India,” said Manish Tewari, Congress Spokesperson. (Read: Congress accuses RSS of ‘disturbing’ communal amity)
The 806-page charge sheet was filed by the Anti-Terrorist Squadin the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Jagendra Kumar Jain in connection with the blast on the premises of the Dargah of Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti that left three persons dead and 15 others injured. The accused have been charged with sections 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder), 120B (conspiracy) and 295 (injuring or defiling place of worship) of IPC among others. The prosecution has cited 133 witnesses.

The court fixed October 26 for arguments on the charge sheet.

Mumbai’s night of terror underscores a phenomenon concealed by the Indian governmentand intelligence agencies and deliberately ignored by a biased Anglo-American media for a long time: The rise of a virulent form of Hindu terrorism that begets violence from other minorities. Here is a list of almost one hundred groups that are fighting the Indian government. All of them thrive in India. The context for what has happened in Mumbai is stunning only for those unaware how a cocktail mix of wrong policies, official patronage to extremism, and separatist movements have come together to destabilize India. The night of Nov. 26, 2008 to Sep. 29, 2010  will go down in history as the days when India’s homegrown terrorism reared its head after years of silent mushroom growth.

This terrorism in Mumbai is not surprising, unlike the reactions in most of the western media. India’s terrorist underground has been flourishing for many years. While the U.S. media was busy last year likening Pakistan to Iraq in a politically motivated campaign aligned with U.S. military objectives, experts were ranking India only second to Iraq in the number of people who died as a result of terrorist attacks between 2002 to 2010, according to one survey by an American think tank.

The Indian government has been artfully concealing a worrying development for at least sixteen years under an organized hype centered on economic growth and military power projection with a focus on China and Pakistan.

Indian terrorism is a confusing mix. Journalists and observers outside the region often miss the simmering tensions beneath the surface that occasionally burst into the open, surprising many and raising questions like how could there be so much violence in what is supposed to be a secular democracy and a rising economy where such things should not happen.

In India, there is a cocktail mix of wrong policies, official patronage to extremism, and separatist movements, all coming together to destabilize India. At least 600 Christians, churches, nuns and priests were targeted by Hindu mobs in eastern India in August this year. Almost the entire Muslim population of Kashmir is up in arms against the excesses, arrests, murders and rapes by the Indian army. For years there has been a media trial of Indian Muslims for real and imaginary involvement in violence. News such as the arrest this month of two serving Indian army officers involved in crimes that were attributed to Indian Muslims has served to increase disgruntlement among minorities. In 2002, close to 2,500 Indian Muslim men, women and children were burned alive in the first religious genocide of 21st century. In 1984, Sikhs were hauled off buses in New Delhi and beaten or burned to death following the assassination of Indian prime minister Indra Gandhi at the hands of Sikh bodyguards. And finally, between 12 to 14 separatist insurgencies currently rage across India’s north and northeast.

All of this makes for a dangerous combination that simmers quietly under the surface. The Indian media’s self-imposed ban on discussing these problems helps keep the lid on them. But when the pressure becomes unbearable, things occasionally burst into the open in the shape of terrorist acts. This only surprises those who do no know how India has been gradually relapsing into religious extremism in the period between 1990 and 2010. This history is important in order to understand why the Indian claims of Pakistani complicity in the attacks have often sought to simplify a complex situation.

Hindu militant groups have mushroomed in the past few years. In 2008 arrest of two serving Indian army officers has confirmed speculation that Hindu terrorist groups have infiltrated Indian military and political establishments.

1992 was the definite year that saw Hindu fundamentalism express itself politically. Hundreds of religious terrorists descended on a north Indian city with tools in hand. They climbed on top of a majestic, 500-year-old mosque built by the same Muslim rulers who built the famous Taj Mahal. Imbibed with religious hatred, the Hindu mobs razed the building to the ground. Indian government authorities did nothing to stop it.

This Indian betrayal of a carefully crafted secular image would prove fatal later. In 1999, a Hindu mob surrounded the car of Graham Staines, an Australian priest, and his underage boy and girl and burned them alive.

Australia maintained an unusual quiet till this day about this major act of terrorism. The bias is easily detectable when compared to Australia’s reaction and statements to ‘Muslim terrorism’, especially in Indonesia and later in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

In this sense, countries like United States, Britain and Australia are partially responsible for letting the growth of India terrorism – with its mix of Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian and ethnic insurgencies – go unnoticed for so many years. These western countries have done this in order not to disturb the Anglo-Saxon project of grooming India as a bulwark against China and Russia and other regional powers.

Following is a list of various indigenous separatist, militant and terrorist organizations operating in India against the Indian federal government. This list has been compiled using information available in the public domain, news reports and specialized publications. During any given incident in India, a combination of some or all of these organizations is a suspect, including in the Mumbai blasts and in any other militant activity. Blaming Kashmiris or Pakistanis for Indian internal problems would be a factual misrepresentation that must be countered with full force by Pakistan.

It should also be noted that the Indian establishment is cracking down on Tamil separatists due to violence in Sri Lanka as Tamils are regrouping in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Tamils have to their credit the last significant political assassination in India, the blowing up of former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in 1984. They continue to be the most ruthless terror outfit in India. Mumbai blasts carry the fingerprints of many terror groups operating inside India, each with a long list of grievances against the Indian government and enough motivation to carry out such terrorist acts.

Not all groups in this list are necessarily terrorist organizations. But all of them are active against the Indian government.

RSS-BJP are planning riots post Sept 24 2010 Judgement. They know their case is based on lies and deception. Taiyyari poori kar lee hai. 8 lakh RSS Senas + Bajrangis + Shiv Sainiks + Bombs + Gas cylinders + Jeeps + Acid bombs etc. etc. etc. RSS-mobs in Khaki Chaddis will rape and kill (with impunity); while RSS workers in Khaki Trousers (Police / BSF / RAF / CRPF) look the other way round. A few thousand Muslims will die. A Commission of Enquiry would be formed., that will take 15-20 years to present its report., which will eventually be filed., without any conviction against anyone. The perpetrators of mob vilence will graduate to become MLAs and MPs in the coming years.

Jama Masjid Attack : RSS/VHP/BJP/Bajrang Dal terrorists are planting bombs thru-out India. Wearing green kurtas and skull caps (Muslim Costume); they are doing this dirty job. It is rumoured that Indian Mujahideen is a manufactured creation of Intelligence Agencies & RSS. This is psychological warfare unleashed on the poor muslims of india. [Read S.M. Mushrif’s book : “Who Killed Karkare]. Indian Muslims have a 3 issue agenda: (1) survival (2) bread-and-butter (3) avenues for growth (education+jobs). They do not have a 4th item on their agenda.

Shaheed Hemant Karkare gave his life, yet India as a nation is not sensitised to the fact that 90% of all terrorist activity inside India is managed by RSS-BJP.

RSS Strageties : Based on the past experience of 63 yrs ! (1) RSS workers throw beef in a temple., or garland Gandhi’s statue with beef botis + bones (2) RSS workers throw pork in a mosque (3) Playing music at the time of prayers deliberately (4) Using abusive langauge on the loudspeaker – hate speech at its worst ! The swords, stones, bombs, jeeps, and the mobs are ready ! Riots are planned MONTHS in advance… and are NOT spontaneous ! Armed with computerised print-outs., RSS mobs rape and kill with impunity.

Police Tumhare Saath Hai – is the unwritten Law. The whole Indian Police / CRPF / BSF is Vanzara-ised. Honest policemen like Hemant Karkare are a “rarity”… hence eliminated !

CWC Opening: 28 Sept 2010.
Babri Masjid Title Suit : 24 Sept 2010.
Obama’s Visit : Nov 2010. (Just a little before President Bill Clinton landed., Indian Intelligence Agencies along with RSS killed around 50 innocent Hindus. To present India as a victim… an aggreived party. Clinton was extremely sharp. He understood the trap., and the fact that this was an intelligence operation designed to garner “sympathy”).
Bihar Assembly Elections … Before any US Dignitary’s visit… there is a blast… so that the “victimhood” and “sympathy” can be encashed.

All pieces of the puzzle fall into place. Digvijay Singh is absolutely correct when he predicts that RSS’s deafening silence is the lull before the storm. RSS-Mafia and BJP Senas (Pvt. Army of goons) are planning riots against Indian Muslims ! This is the silence before the storm !!!

RSS will not rest until it turns India into a Hindu-Afghanistan.
